1. Return and Exchange Period
- Right of Withdrawal (Legal): 5 business days from delivery to return the product and receive a refund.
- Voluntary Exchanges (Commercial): Casa Precis extends a period of thirty (30) calendar days to request exchanges for size, color, or reference.
2. Condition of Items
For exchanges and returns (except for warranty claims), the garment must be:
- Unused and unwashed, in its original condition.
- With original tags and packaging intact.
- Hygiene: For public health reasons, exchanges for preference are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, or earrings. The legal warranty for manufacturing defects remains valid for these items.
3. Shipping Costs
- For preference, size, or color: The consumer assumes round-trip transportation costs.
- For defect or dispatch error: Inversiones Pribe S.A.S. will cover 100% of the logistics costs.
4. Refunds
Once the return is approved (meeting the condition requirements), the refund will be issued:
- To the original payment method.
- Within an estimated period of 15 to 30 calendar days (adjusted to banking and legal timelines).
5. Policies for Sale / Outlet Products
Products purchased at a discount or in the "Sale" section are subject to the following rules:
Exchanges: Due to high turnover and limited inventory, size availability for exchanges is not guaranteed. In the event that the garment does not fit the customer and there is no stock, a Gift Card for the amount paid will be issued, valid for 12 months.
Warranty on Sale: All sale products retain their legal warranty for manufacturing defects. If the discount is due to a specific aesthetic detail, this will be indicated in the product description and will not be subject to a subsequent warranty claim.
Out of Stock: If a sale product sells out simultaneously with the purchase, the customer may choose between an exchange for another item, a gift card, or a full refund.
6. Size/Product Availability Policies
Due to the nature of our collections, we handle exclusive pieces and limited units. Our sales are made simultaneously through physical stores and digital channels, so, in exceptional cases, a product may become unavailable after a purchase has been confirmed.
Should this occur, the client will be contacted as soon as possible to inform them of the situation and offer the following alternatives:
• Exchange for another product: you can select an available item of equal or greater value. If a product of greater value is chosen, the corresponding excess must be paid.
• Store credit: the amount paid can be kept as store credit for a future purchase, with no expiration date.
• Full refund: in accordance with the deadlines established by current regulations.
We are committed to managing these cases as a priority, ensuring timely communication and solutions that respect consumer rights.

The promotion “10% discount on your first subscription purchase” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organized by Inversiones Pribe S.A.S. (Casa Precis) and is governed by the following conditions:
1. Benefit and Mechanics
Users who subscribe for the first time to the Casa Precis database will receive a unique 10% discount code, applicable exclusively to their first purchase made in the online store (www.casaprecis.com).
2. Application Conditions
- Single Use: The discount is valid for a single transaction per registered user/ID/email.
- Activation: The code must be manually entered in the "Discount Code" field during the checkout process before completing payment. No refunds or retroactive applications will be made if the code was not entered at the time of purchase.
- Exclusive Channel: Valid only for purchases on the website. Does not apply in physical stores or orders via WhatsApp/Instagram, unless the advisor redirects the purchase to the website's shopping cart.
3. Important Restrictions (Avoid Misleading Advertising)
- Not Accumulative: This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, sales, coupons, or current discounts. If a product already has a "Sale" or "Discount" price, the 10% coupon will not apply to that item.
- Not Exchangeable: The benefit cannot be exchanged for cash, credit notes, or other services.
Casa Precis reserves the right to verify compliance with the conditions before applying the discount.
4. Validity and Modifications
The promotion has an indefinite validity. However, Casa Precis reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the website with at least 24 hours notice, respecting the rights of users who have already received their code but have not redeemed it.
5. Verification and Fraud
Inversiones Pribe S.A.S. reserves the right to cancel orders where the creation of multiple accounts by the same user to repeatedly redeem the benefit is identified. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money paid will be refunded.
6. Acceptance
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
