Click on the product you're interested in to view additional details such as description, features, materials, and size availability. Select your preferred size and add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.
Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon (usually located on the right side of the screen). Verify that the selected products are correct and start the payment process.
Click "Complete purchase" to begin the payment process. Register or proceed as a guest if you don't have an account. Fill in the shipping information and choose your payment method. Enter the necessary details and then confirm by clicking "Confirm purchase" if everything is correct.
After confirming your purchase, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with your order details.

If you prefer to place your order with personalized attention, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram. You can make the payment directly with our team, who will provide you with all the information about the products you are looking for and help you manage the payment.

Personalized Gift Message
At Casa Precis, you can add a personalized greeting card to your order. After selecting your products and completing the purchase details, choose the gift option and type your message in the text box to finalize your purchase.
Shipping
All our orders are shipped via certified courier to ensure their arrival in perfect condition. At Casa Precis, all shipments are protected against theft and accidental damage, with coverage valid until written confirmation of receipt.
We process and ship orders Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Your order will be prepared within a maximum of three business days after receiving payment. We will inform you of any exceptions at the time of your payment.
Express Shipping
If you are in Bogotá and place your purchase before 5:00 pm, we offer an "express shipping" option for an additional fee, for fast and efficient deliveries within the city in less than three hours. This service is designed to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible, providing an even more convenient and satisfying shopping experience.

Shipping is free for purchases over $199,900 COP / $700.00 USD.

During the payment process, select the option that best suits your preferences: Our payment methods are divided into Davivienda Products, Credit and Debit Cards, PSE Savings and Checking Accounts, Davi Plata, and we accept payments with international cards.

Payments with debit or credit cards
The system will recognize whether the credit card is registered or not in the 3-D Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode security programs.
These are security systems developed to ensure that the registered cardholder and the registered online store are participating in the same transaction.
If your card is part of the 3-D Secure program, a pop-up window will open on your screen where you will need to enter your password when making an online purchase. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a previously selected password). Transactions can only be completed by entering the correct password.
If your credit card is not registered with any of these programs, payment can be made without any other authentication.
Payment with PayPal
Select "PayPal" as your payment method to be automatically redirected to the PayPal site. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your user data to confirm the payment.
Payment with gift voucher or promotional code
During the purchase process, in the "discount code" box, enter the code and wait for the page to update the price before proceeding with the
remaining steps.

How to request your warranty
To begin the process, you will need to provide us with certain necessary information, including the order number, item number (optional), as well as a description of the defect.
Our experts will need to see photos of your item to assess the defects. To do this, you will need to upload several images, including a general view of the item and a close-up of the damaged area. You can also upload a short video of the piece. You can easily complete the entire process using your phone.
